Resiliency

An acrostic musing by Ken

Riding the existential jet coaster
Every twist and turn tests one's ability to cope
Stronger one grows if one is willing to tend to soul woundings
Internally there's a calm haven in which one rests
Life does not have a pause button
Instead, a practice is the key
Eventually, this will be all over anyway
Nevertheless, one has a choice
Courage to be and to be here now
Years of tears have lessened the fears.
